Creating and Registering a BCeID with the VIP eForm System
To use the VIP eForm System you will require a Business BCeID account.
If you do not have a BCeID account then click Register to Get This BCeID Account. You’ll be guided through the process of creating a Business BCeID account.
Note: some business types (ie: DBA or Proprietorship) may be required to show photo identification at the local Government Agent’s Office to complete their BCeID registration.
Once you have created a BCeID you will need to register it with the VIP eForm System. Go the VIP eForm home page located here: http://vip.th.gov.bc.ca and add this site to your “Favorites” or “Bookmarks” for future access.
Click the “VIP eForm System” link at the top of this page.
From the Logon screen click the Business/Organization link and enter your BCeID and password.
The first time you logon you will be asked to call the CVSE office at 250 952-0577 and provide the following information:
Facility Number
Facility Name
BCeID User ID
Your Name
When your access has been authorized and confirmed by CVSE staff you will be asked to return to http://vip.th.gov.bc.ca, click the VIP eForm System link and logon a second time. The VIP eForm System will present a First-Time Subscription page where you will enter your Facility Number and Facility Owner Name. The System will confirm your details and redirect you to a CVSE web page for the final step in the process.
Click the VIP eForm System link, logon and you will be taken to the VIP eForm Online Home page.
