System Maintenance

Please refrain from using the VIP eForm system on Sunday mornings between 6:00am and 9:00am as regular system maintenance may be in progress. This will ensure that any inspection data entered at that time will not be lost.

Inspections conducted in British Columbia are recognized in jurisdictions across Canada and some jurisdictions outside of Canada.

Audits are performed on both AIs and DIFs by CVSE Vehicle Inspectors to monitor compliance of the applicable standards and regulations.

Primary statutory provisions under this program include Divisions, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 25 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, and the standards of Safety and Repair Regulation (Vehicle Inspection Manual).
